For the new user of InDesign, this course covers all of the functionality of InDesign CS3, including text handling and typography; tables; master pages; OpenType; layers; transparency and flattening; printing and creating PDFs; sending files to printers and services bureaus; and creating long documents. Quark to Adobe InDesign CS3
For experienced designers and production artists, this class helps you make a smooth and seamless transition from Quark to InDesign CS2. You’ll cover basic InDesign functionalities, highlighting differences between Quark and InDesign, and receive indepth training on the nuances and advanced features of InDesign to help gain speed in design and production, including using Photoshop and Illustrator in conjunction with InDesign. For custom, in-house training, our instructor will design the course around your existing Quark documents and how they can be produced in InDesign.
